‘Being Chaz’ OWN Documentary

Recently booted DWTS contestant Chaz Bono is following up his OWN documentary special “Becoming Chaz,” with another documentary call “Being Chaz.” The new documentary will premiere on Oprah Winfrey’s OWN network on Sunday, November 27th and will look at Bono’s relationship with his girlfriend after his sex change operation. It will also feature Bono’s “Dancing With The Stars” stint with a look at the controversy over his being a contestant.

Bono recently gave some insight into his complaints about Judge Bruno Tonioli on “Good Morning America.”

“I got a lot of references from him about things that would indicate the fact that I’m overweight, you know, a roundness. I was called a basketball, a penguin, an Ewok, and I just didn’t appreciate it,” he said. “If you want to critique my dancing and give me some constructive advice so I can try to improve the next time that I’m there, that would be great. But I don’t really know how to be less penguinish, and so I kind of took offense to that.”

Bono has also commented that women with weight problems are admired and not penalized like men. Ha! Remember when Kirstie Alley was ridiculed by George Lopez and compared to a pig last year?
