We had one triple stumper and one triple solve this week. The other games all had two correct responses, but there were only 2 players left in Wednesday’s game. That was an easy clue and probably would have been a 3 out of 3. I don’t have an opinion on the hardest clue this week. I thought Thursday’s might be tough if the players didn’t know the Bicycle Race song or didn’t connect the singer with opera. Obviously I overlooked the popularity of that group’s biggest hit — “Scaramouche, Scaramouche, will you do the Fandango?”
Brian Adams returned for his 2nd game on Monday and won that game. He also won on Tuesday, but lost to Scott Shrum on Wednesday. Carmela Chan sent Scott home on Thursday and she won again on Friday. It will be Game 3 for Carmela on Monday.
This week’s Top Payday: Carmela Chan with $24,801 on Thursday.
Here is Tuesday’s Final Jeopardy!, from Jeopardy!’s YouTube channel, when Brian Adams won his third game.
