Jess Gabor played Kelly, Major Keefe’s daughter. Carl met her while pursuing his West Point aspirations and she wanted to jump his bones. Carl demurred, explaining that Kev made him sign a Vagina Safe form, swearing he would not have sex with anyone too drunk to consent. Kelly told Carl to inform Kev that she can keep her own vagina safe and then she promptly passed out. When she woke up, she was going to whup Carl’s butt because she thought he did the deed and filmed it. It all worked out later, but it’s hard to say whether Kelly and Carl will become an item. She plans on going to the Annapolis Naval Academy.

Katey Sagal played Ingrid, the woman Frank let loose in the hospital after she got a dose of Thorazine for her psychotic breakdown. Frank was only in there because he was trying to con the doctor into bringing her some Vicodin. She conned Frank into believing she had some in her pocket and then got him to undo her restraints. Then she attacked Frank, calling him Tim and took off. Katey is listed in the IMDB credits for the next episode, so she’ll be ba-aaaa-ck!

You need to provide for your family, Satchel Boy

Sarah Assumma played Sissy, the girl who previously bullied Liam, causing him to turn to Todd for protection. In this episode, Sissy decided to blame her pregnancy on Liam after luring him into a compromising situation at school. She showed up at the Gallagher and announced that she was moving in. The Gallagher siblings weren’t having it though. They drugged Sissy and dumped her off in front of a Planned Parenthood center.

I’m a babysitter for drunks

Wilson A. Ramirez, Jr. played Barney. Lip met him at an AA meeting and learned that there was such a thing as making money for keeping alcoholics away from the hootch for a specified period of time. It’s called being a sober companion. Barney will be back in the next episode, too.

I do a little street racing.

Christopher Allen played Toby, a rich guy who likes to destroy motorcycles in drag races. He invited Lip to participate in one and Lip did. There seems to be a devil on Lip’s shoulder whenever he’s trying to go straight. Another such moment in the episode was when the Ciroc bottles in the convenience store were beckoning him. Lip stayed strong though, only buying 5 packs of coffin nails.
