Mick Jagger Becomes a Great Grandfather

Rolling Stone frontman Mick Jagger has another new title to add to the many he already has, but this one is literally great. The 70-year-old rocker became a great-grandfather when his 21-year-old granddaughter Assisi Jackson gave birth to a baby girl, the first child for Assisi and her 25-year-old boyfriend, chef Alex Key.

Assisi’s mother is Jade Jagger, Mick first wife Bianca. Jade is also pregnant and is due to give birth to her third child in the next few weeks. So Jade became a grandmother and will soon give birth to a new aunt or uncle for her granddaughter. The baby already has one aunt, Assisi’s sister, Amba.

And she has a whole slew of great aunts and uncles. Jade is the only child from Mick’s marriage to Bianca Jagger, but she has plenty of half-siblings from Mick’s other relationships: Karis Hunt Jagger (Mick’s oldest daughter with Marsha Hunt); Elizabeth, James, Georgia and Gabriel (with Jerry Hall) and Lucas Morad-Jagger (with Luciana Gimenez).
