Guess Girls: Dannielynn and Anna Nicole

Guess people are already questioning Larry Birkhead’s decision to allow his 6-year old daughter, Dannielynn, to model for Guess Jeans, the very same company who made her mother, Anna Nicole Smith, a famous cover girl in the 1990s.

Birkhead told Good Morning America that the move is, in a way, a memorial for his daughter:

“Dannielynn has always looked up to her mom’s image and… I think that this is kind of Dannielynn’s way of paying tribute to her mom in her own special way.”

She is a beautiful child, no doubt about that. Still, given the fact that every time this kid appears in a magazine or a TV commercial or anything, the whole tale of the strange custody claims surrounding her birth and her mother’s tragic story will be rehashed endlessly — you’d think Birkhead would want to keep her away from the limelight.
