All the games this week were runaways. That made the FJ! round irrelevant in the first 3 games. In the last 2 games, it was the only chance the non-winners had to boost their score and win a Wild Card so they had to take a stab at FJ!

Friday’s triple stumper was not as hard as the results would make you think. It says the man entered the priory. I don’t know how the panel missed the significance of that. That’s why I think Wednesday’s clue was the toughest. Unless you knew what St. Ursula’s followers were called, you were sunk. The easiest clue, obviously, was Tuesday’s.

This week’s winners:
Mon 2/2/26 $25,479 Paolo Pasco
Tue 2/3/26 $32,305 Paolo Pasco
Wed 2/4/26 $33,057 Paolo Pasco
Thu 2/5/26 $18,800 Matt Amodio
Fri 2/6/26 $15,000 Roger Craig

The above figures are the scores at the end of each game. Paolo Pasco won the 2026 Tournament of Champions and $250,000 at the end of Wednesday’s game. Scott Riccardi and TJ Fisher each won $75,000 in consolation prizes. So that’s a total of $400,000.

The last 2 games were quarterfinal matches in the Jeopardy! Invitational Tournament. Drew Basile, Karen Farrell, Eric Ahasic and Veronica Vichit-Vadakan each got consolation prizes of $5,000.

Here is the THEIR LAST FILM category from Friday’s game.
