TWO of the contestants got Final Jeopardy! right.

WHAT IS “DO THE RIGHT THING”?

It’s a little hard to believe that Frank Sinatra was seriously upset that his picture caught fire on the Wall of Fame in Sal’s Pizzeria in “Do the Right Thing” (1989). For one thing, filmmaker Spike Lee himself claims that no one else on the Wall of Fame (Al Pacino, Robert DeNiro, etc) was upset that the photos went up in flames. However, whether Ol’ Blue Eyes feigned offense or was serious, this anecdote has been making the rounds for a long time and there are various versions of it online.

In this Show Biz Cheatsheet version, Spike Lee says Sinatra refused to talk to him and he had to deal with Frank’s daughter Tina to get permission to use 3 songs in “Jungle Fever”. In other versions, Spike claims he had no idea Frank was upset with him until he called Tina about the rights.

Father Steve thought it was “Godfather II”. He lost $5,301 and finished with $99.

Chris got it right. His $1,601 bet brought him up to $10,801.

Jen also got it. She bet $4,000 and won the game with $13,800. Jen Feldman is the new Jeopardy! champ.
