ARMY TECHNOLOGY: Bearing the name of a man who died in Iowa in 1838, these began service in 1979 & today number in the thousands show
This week, there were 2 correct responses to 2 Final Jeopardy! clues. Wednesday’s “Pirate Laureate” clue was the easiest of the week, for sure. Two clues only had one right answer and the last clue of the week was a triple stumper. That was the hardest, for sure. Perhaps adding something about transporting would have been too much, but I don’t think that identifying the man as a Native American would have given it away. Evidently, the clue writers did.
The semifinals of the Champions Wild Card tournament went down on the first 3 days of the week. Andy Tirrell, Juveria Zaheer and Michael Menkhus won those games and competed on the last 2 days of the week. In reality, they all won because even the third place prize is a respectable finish in regular Jeopardy!
