Paul McDonald and Nikki Reed Wed

Twilight actress, Nikki Reed and former American Idol contestant, Paul McDonald were married on Sunday, October 16, in a private ceremony in Malibu, Calif. in front of 100 guests, Us Weekly reports.

You might call it a fairy-tale romance. The 27 year old singer met the 23 year old Nikki when all 13 American Idol contestants attended the premiere of “Red Riding Hood,” last March and began dating. McDonald said “I haven’t ever actually watched any of her movies. I don’t know too much of her career at all, but the person she is is super cool,” he said. Paul was eliminated from American Idol in April, finishing at No. 8.

By June, they were engaged. Now they’re married and all they have to do is live happily ever after
