Mayim and Ken are the Official Jeopardy Hosts (Really!)
About an hour ago, Jeopardy! confirmed on Twitter that Mayim Bialik and Ken Jennings will be the official hosts of Jeopardy! going forward.
Please join us in welcoming the official co-hosts of Jeopardy!, @kenjennings and @missmayim! We couldn’t be more thrilled.

Here are the highlights from Executive Producer Michael Davies message on J!Buzz:
Ken host Season 39 of Jeopardy! beginning in September though the end of December, including the first Second Chance competition and the next Tournament of Champions with superchamps Amy Schneider, Matt Amodio, Mattea Roach and Ryan Long. Mayim will host Celebrity Jeopardy! on ABC in primetime on dates to be announced (I assume). Mayim will take over daily hosting duties in January 2023. There are also plans for Mayim to host new tournaments, plus Jeopardy! National College Championship. Davies states that in the interest of consistency, they don’t intend to flip flip hosting duties “constantly.”
OTHER JEOPARDY! COMING ATTRACTIONS:
1. The repeats over the next 6 weeks will not be tournaments. They will be six weeks of Season 38 episodes featuring closest games, superchamps, and some contestants who were chosen for a Second Chance.
2. Starting on Monday, August 1st, a daily 3-minute recap with highlights of the day’s Jeopardy! episode will be featured on Jeopardy.com, on the show’s social platforms and more, with a glimpse of each game’s key moments.
3. Also starting on Monday, the show is launching the “Inside Jeopardy!” podcast that will be hosted by the Jeopardy! producers. The podcast will include gameplay analysis, behind-the-scenes stories, special interviews and official announcements. Speaking of official announcement, all of the contestants who are getting in on the first Second Chance tournament will be announced on the first “Inside Jeopardy!” podcast!
And that’s not all, folks… Michael Davies plans for the future include a Jeopardy! Honors awards show and a Jeopardy! Masters league that he hopes to develop for primetime or a streaming platform. Go to J!Buzz for the full scoop straight from the EP’s mouth.
And if all that is not enough Jeopardy!, don’t forget about the dedicated Jeopardy! channel launching on Pluto TV on August 1st.
