Here’s a summary of the clues on The Best Ever Trivia Show for Friday, August 9, 2019 with host Sherri Shepherd. Today’s episode title is “Hard Day at the Office.”

The format of this show pits 3 contestants against 3 trivia experts. There are 3 rounds and the player with the highest score wins $1,000 and moves on to the Ultimate Trivia Challenge for a chance to win $10,000. In Round 2, as the leader, Alexa picked DOLLS and not Elephant Life. 100 points for each correct answer. Ken was this round’s trivia expert to beat for double points.

In Round 3, AJ chose PILOTS and not Flowers. The twist in this 3-question round is the expert reveals how confident s/he is about the answer and the players have a chance to go with that for 200 points or to pick their own answer for 400 points, if right. Ryan is this round’s expert.

Kumi could not be beat after Question No. 2 so she wins $1,000 and gets a chance to win $10,000 by taking on a set of 5 more questions and getting more of them right than Ken. She would also return on the next show. Any player who makes it through 3 shows and wins $30,000, gets to join the Best Ever Trivia Show’s expert team.
