Here’s a recap of the clues on The Best Ever Trivia Show for Tuesday, July 2, 2019 with host Sherri Shepherd. This episode’s title is “The Expert Club.”

The format of this show pits 3 contestants against 3 trivia experts. There are 3 rounds and the player with the highest score wins $1,000 and moves on to the Ultimate Trivia Challenge for a chance to win $10,000. They give one player a choice of categories and a choice of experts to play against. It’s a multiple choice format.

In Round 1, Kelsey chose U.S. CITIES instead of Awards and she chose expert Ken. 4 questions, 50 points for each correct answer and double if Ken gets it wrong.

In Round 2, as the leader, Kelsey picked CLASSIC COMEDY ACTS and not Awards. 100 points for each correct answer. Arianna was this round’s trivia expert to beat for double points.

The twist in this 3-question round is the expert reveals how confident s/he is about the answer and the players have a chance to go with that for 200 points or to pick their own answer for 400 points, if right. Jonathan is this round’s expert.

Miguel wins $1,000 and gets a chance to win $10,000 by taking on a set of 5 more questions and getting more of them right than Ken. He would also return on the next show. Any player who makes it through 3 shows and wins $30,000, gets to join the Best Ever Trivia Show’s expert team.
