There was one triple solve on Monday. That FJ got one “too easy” nod. Friday’s got one “easiest of the week” mention, but what people think of as rock and roll was also considered.
On Monday, returning champ Pam Platt lost to Jason George, who broke the one and done streak when he won on Tuesday. Sue Baker took over on Wednesday but went home Thursday when Ellen Corrigan won. Ellen won on Friday, too, so that made it a 3-champ week.
Tuesday’s game was a runaway for Jason. He was only $201 away from that status after he got the $1,600 “Girl from It” clue in “Getting Ready for the Olympics.” Look what happened next:
