This week, we only had one triple stumper and that was probably the hardest clue of the whole month. More than half the people actually living in Los Angeles who watched the show probably didn’t get it. The literary categories were the easiest for me. They usually are.
Returning champ Nick Cascone was defeated on Monday by Kathryn Peters. She lost on Tuesday to Amal Dorai. He won a second game on Wednesday but went home when Lisa O’Brien won on Thursday. Lisa lost Friday’s game to Susan McMillan, who had the top payday of the week. .
This week’s contestants won $129,901, including consolation prizes. Jeopardy! will donate that amount to Dr. Oz’s charity, Healthcorps.
