The FJ! results this week were certainly nothing to write home about. Except for Monday, all the clues got one correct response. On Monday, there were no correct responses. Apparently, everyone misunderstood the clue. Wednesday’s “Geology” clue was the hardest for me. Tuesday’s “1500s” was the easiest. To the best of my recollection, I learned that one in an art class.
The first Champion Wild Card Tournament began this week with the 5 quarter-final matches featuring 15 former Jeopardy! champs. The 5 semi-finalists and their winning scores are as follows:
Mon 10-2-23 Dane Reighard $5,800
Tue 10-3-23 Lawrence Long $16,800
Wed 10-4-23 Kendra Blanchette $17,999
Thu 10-5-23 Joe Feldmann $22,800
Fri 10-6-23 Daniel Nguyen $20,800
Next week, there will be 4 more quarter-final matches.
Here is the “Looney Tunes” category from Wednesday’s game.
