Going strictly by results, Thursday’s clue was the easiest this week and Friday’s was the hardest. Monday’s was the second hardest. Tuesday’s classic film was the second easiest in our opinion. That was the first FJ! clue for that film but the second time it appeared this season. It was a $1,000 clue in “1939: What a Year in Movies” in Jason Zuffranieri’s 18th game on 9/24/2019. (Jason got it.)
Dennis Coffey returned for Game 2 on Monday and had good luck that day and on Tuesday to the tune of $51,203. On Wednesday, John Cuevas took over and was doing a splendid job. He had a 2-day total of $52,511 by the end of Thursday’s game but was defeated on Friday when that killer FJ! showed up. Heather Nelson became the champ by hanging onto the most money.
