No one seemed to notice that Justin’s had an impish look when his wager of $1,701 was revealed. 1701 is the registry number of the star ship Enterprise from Star Trek, NCC1701.

    • VJ says:

I wouldn’t have noticed that, Daytrom. Never watched much Star Trek, but thanks for letting us know over here.

  2. rhonda says:

Thanks for the extra special FJ recap, VJ! I love that you mentioned that it’s funny that this FJ didn’t show up last Thursday on my beloved’s birthday and that you also reposted his very special Fikkle Fame birthday balloon, so very thoughtful of you.

    • VJ says:

You’re welcome, Rhonda, nice to know that you love his birthday balloon.

@Lou, my favorite song that Springsteen wrote is “Blinded by the Light” – by Manfred Mann, natch. My favorite song that he sings is “Glory Days” (which he also wrote).

      • rhonda says:

Wow, how bittersweet is that awesome video, VJ? Little did we realize what that song would come to mean all of these decades later, a lifetime ago.

  3. Rick says:

The answers seemed to be tough tonight, and I missed the final question. Oh well!

  4. Albert says:

    I picked Elton John.

  5. Lou says:

I am glad matt got final right and still, Bruce Springsteen was one of my favorite singers. Born to Run is one of my favorites and so is Thunder Road. . If this keeps up Matt might just make it to 32 wins. At least all the daily doubles were nailed today Which song from Springsteen did you like the most VJ?
