Life is interesting. If Matt played against James Holzhauer when James was wimming then Matt would have come and gone and be completely forgotten.

I hope Matt can break Julia’s 20 game win streak. I think Matt can crack 20 or 30 games.

  2. VJ says:

With this win, Matt got his name in the Hall of Fame for 10 wins (1st column)

Now that he has money to burn, I wonder if Matt will try to beat one of James Holzhauer’s Top 10 Single Game scores (3rd column)

James’ 4 lowest Top 10 scores:
    $96,726
$90,812 (finished with this amount 2x in week of 4/22/19)
    $89,229

  3. Jeopardy! lover says:

Wow! Matt has won a lot of money! He could pass $500,000 by the end of the season. Keep going Matt! Also, congrats to all the players for making True Daily Doubles and getting them right!

  4. DC says:

    Go Matt go!

Christine kept it interesting for one round, but by the time Matt found the DD in Round 2, wagered big, and answered correctly, it was a forgone conclusion on who would win. So he won the battle of Connecticut too.

  5. Lou says:

A clean sweep of the daily doubles today definitely made this game fun! Matt might just reach 500K perhaps at the start of season 38 if he can clean up August. He has surpassed Arthur Chu now. Great game play today and congrats to Christina and Matt on getting final right. I would like to see more of the triple solve coming soon.

  6. Kevin Cheng says:

Well we’ll see how far Matt goes whether he’ll keep winning through the remaining games of Season 37 or not. Congrats to all 3 players who found each of the DDs and making it the True Daily Double and getting it right.
