That end of Double Jeopardy! was a little clunky. However, I don’t think that I can pin that one on Mayim, and everyone knows I’m not her biggest fan. Of course, what I don’t know, since I’ve never been at a taping or in the studio, is how the host is notified when there’s less than a minute to go. The halting and choppy delivery seems to be minimized, so, that’s a relief.

It’s too bad that the “Overheard” was Ryan’s after game thing, because his Arnold imitation was spot-on!

As for FJ, I went down the coast, but, not far enough! I was thinking all the “New” states were the Duke of, like Duke of York, &c. So, I could understand the reasoning for Daniel’s “Hampshire” response. But, as I stopped at South Carolina, I didn’t think of Georgia, and I said “Pennsylvania”, figuring Billy Penn could have been born there, then! Clearly, I was wrong!! Consulting my buddy, Professor Wikipedia, I see Billy was born earlier, 1644, but, in London!

And how did I know Beethoven’s only opera? From Tom Cruise, of course, in “Eyes Wide Shut”!!

After the last triple stumper, Mayim wants to reveal the last clue for Opera but no more time.
