Welcome to the Tournament Of Champions, Paul!
Man. Lacey couldn’t get things going today.
Well, yeah, Mark was really quick on that buzzer and with Paul trying to get in there ahead of Mark, she didn’t have much of a chance
ooo-wee! It sure looked like curtains for Paul, but he managed to avoid that 4th-game curse Howard mentioned yesterday with “a little bit o’ luck.”
Wikipedia says the lowest temperature for New York state was negative 52 on 2/17/1979.
Mark was doing well for a while. But honestly, New York would never drop down to negative 70 degrees. The lowest temperature in that state is negative 10 or 11 degrees. And congrats to Paul on winning game 5 thanks to that comeback in final.
