It’s Holy Thursday not Good Friday

    • Bill Roller says:

Jim is correct. The Easter Tritium begins on Holy (Maundy) Thursday.

      • JP says:

The clue asked for the first “full day”, so Good Friday was the correct response.

In Jewish reckoning, a day begins at sunset and lasts until the following sunset. So Paschal Triduum begins at sunset on Maundy Thursday, but the first full day is Good Friday.

Either way, I think it’s a really difficult clue for its dollar value. Although being a lower value clue, that should be an indication they are looking for the far more widely known Good Friday,

Once again, congrats to Aaron on his win today despite not getting that first daily double.
