Thanks to football, local programming, an infomercial and a bunch of commercials, all we got was Final tonight. It stumped me. I don’t stream and obviously don’t read enough about the zillion scripted shows. I have heard of “The Pitt” and vaguely recall reading something about it being one day in the hospital, but stlll didn’t associate that with the clue.

Got the first DD after a little thought, and boo-booed the same as Kate on the last.
Knew the Canadian insult word thanks to the clue, and the fore/back clue. Rio beach was a cinch.
The link to the “European home: clue doesn’t seem to match the subject, and the Montana publication link came up empty. I didn’t see Kim and Kelley’s last name on their link. Lotta stumpers tonight!

Howard, the 4-letter word (something that you do with cards) after Kelley in the title of that YouTube is their last name. I fixed the Montana link.

As for the European home — I was being a little cute there because the immigrant grandmother came from Ireland, but I thought everyone would get it from the rest of the book title or from the search bar.

Thanks, all clear now. I remember visiting my mother maybe 15 years ago and she was reading “A Tree Grows in Brooklyn.” She was raised there, and in later years her mother lived on Bedford Avenue, just a few blocks from Ebbets Field. Dad took me to a Dodgers game in 1957 and I had no clue what baseball was all about.
