Tonight’s episode was pre-empted on many affiliates including WBZ-TV in Boston for that postponed NFL game.

Other than that, it was an okay episode to say the least.

  2. VJ says:

I thought the Sanhedrin or the Pharisees would show up in “Groups of the Bible”

  3. Dal Higbee says:

There better be a tournament this November of 2020. No no… just kidding. Not sure that will happen, though.

  4. Lou says:

The daily doubles were not very nice to phil today. But why did he even pick Kobe Bryant anyway, VJ? That guy was a basketball player not a boxer. Garrett might have a very good shot at building a streak just as.long as he does not falter on daily doubles.

    • VJ says:

Do you suppose it’s possible he just wrote that down at the last few seconds to have something, Lou?

@Rhonda, to me, that picture of Walters bore an incredible resemblance to Dee Wallace!

    • Ismael Gomez says:

That is why we got our second daily double washout of the season. The daily doubles were not very nice to Porter from the 2016 Teen Tournament either.

      • William Weyser says:

Those Daily Doubles love to trip people up sometimes.

        • VJ says:

Funny, though, I remember when they changed Idlewild’s name. It took a while for folks to get used to that.

I didn’t get the one in the first round.

        • JP says:

I missed the first round Daily Double as well. Obvious after the fact. Three bottom row Daily Doubles is pretty rare.

      • rhonda says:

Me, too, VJ, I remember when it was called Idlewild Airport.

  5. JP says:

As far as Jeopardy Pavlovian clues go, “Roman orator” for C must be near the top of the list, not far behind the “Polish-French composer”.

  6. William Weyser says:

    Phillip, DARN THOSE DAILY DOUBLES!
