I don’t understand the August 13 stumper. What does August 13 have to do with left-handers such as Kershaw, Obama, and McCartney?

  2. VJ says:

Preston’s chat story about the flying champagne cork and the little girl getting sprayed was so funny. Congrats to Phillip on the lone solve.

To me, it looked like Mason thought those two names were from opera. In fact, the picture on that book cover in the recap reminds me of the guy on that J.G. Wentworth 877-CASH-NOW commercial. lol

@Lou, nope, I don’t collect mangas. Actually, I don’t collect anything anymore unless you count quotation books.

  3. Dal Higbee says:

Are we ever gonna get the first 3-or-more time champion of Season 37!?

    • William Weyser says:

Yes, we will, but as I told you on YouTube, Jason R. asked if somebody put a curse on this show that there will never be a 3-or-more time champion, until the day that Zach Newkirk comes back.

    • Richard Corliss says:

I don’t think so thanks to that national health emergency.

  4. Lou says:

I know that most anime or mangas have sagas or story arcs as I like to call it since this one wasn’t that tough I would have wanted a triple solve today but I am not surprised that two people are not familiar with sagas. Also VJ, do you collect mangas like dbz, black clover, or naruto? They had a lot of story arcs.

  5. Kevin Cheng says:

Today is an all male game for the first time in Season 37. When was the last time we had an all male game?

  6. Kevin Cheng says:

How do you know that Preston is from California? He was introduced originally from New Orleans, Louisiana.

    • Richard Corliss says:

Because the show is having contestants from California only until this pandemic stops.

  7. Richard Corliss says:

I’m guessing Preston is from California, just based on what’s gone before.
