Celebrity Apprentice: Hold the Phone, Trump Fired a Whole Team!

In every season of Celebrity Apprentice, there comes a point where you sort of lose interest, especially when someone gets fired who you think didn’t deserve it. In the 2/2/15 double installment of Season 7, FOUR people got fired and it was just wild!

The title was “Who Stole My Phone,” which actually only referred to the first hour. But let us lay out who was on what team when the show first began:

Team Vortex was left with Geraldo Rivera, Kenya Moore and Vivica Fox. Vortex has lost 4 straight challenges at this point.

Infinity consisted of Leeza Gibbons, Johnny Damon, Ian Ziering and Brandi Glanville.

The first task involved a photobomb campaign for King’s Hawaiian and Vortex decided to continue with the sexual innuendos, making all these “we like big buns” comparisons with real butts, including Geraldo’s pick of the biggest and best butt on their team: Kenya’s. Well, King Hawaiian’s was not happy about it, to say the least. And Vortex lost their 5th challenge in a row. Kenya got fired after a boatload of drama about Vivica’s stolen phone and a planted tweet that read “This menopause id (sic) killing me. I can’t think straight, im acting a damn fool half the time. 50 just isn’t sexy.”

The next task involved creating a jingle for Anheuser-Busch and their new Bud Lime-Ritas. Ian Ziering and Johnny Damon created their own jingles, but Ian’s was based on the well-known La Cucaracha music, and project manager Brandi wasn’t having it. Leeza Gibbons was now over on Team Vortex to help them win and once Geraldo came up with the “Nice — Over Ice” hook, you could see that happening. It did. Ian Ziering got fired on Team Infinity because of his La Cucaracha nonsense. After singing his jingle for Trump to that very tune, he insisted he wasn’t going to use that music.

Trump made Brandi and Johnny stay in the boardroom as Ian left and then he fired both of them, too! He wiped out the whole team despite their prior 5 straight wins!

And now the remaining three apprentices are Leeza Gibbons, Geraldo Rivera and Vivica Fox. You don’t need a crystal ball to see that this is going to come down to Leeza and Geraldo. We’re predicting Leeza to win.
