VJ, I was disappointed by the final pairings, I think that Tom is getting to me. It certainly looks as if Roger should’ve been matched against Russ and/or Tom Cubbage. Did the producers announce how the seeding would take place: was it by draw, or producer magic? Also, did they announce that the top three money winners from the semifinals would be separated? Thanks again.
I never saw anything about “how” they decided who would play who in the last week. Seemed to me they pretty much had to put Brad, Ken and Roger on different days — whether on the basis of high scores or they just knew people didn’t want to see them play against each other till the end, I just don’t know.
But if it was by high scores at first, after that they went and put the 2 highest wild card scores in the same game — against Brad!
Is it over? I thought the top 3 would be on today. When?? Love this show!
these 15 have won spots to compete in a 2-week tournament coming in May. The results from those weeks will be added to this post.
Wikipedia says they are going to have wild cards come May, like any other regular tournament
weird. now they have 15 players left. that would be 5 games @ 3 players each. then they would have 5 semi finalists? or will they have 5 winners and 4 wild cards? that would be nine, and then the last 9 as usual: 3 games @ 3 players, the winners being the finalists. can’t figure out how they would do it w/o wild cards???
Should be interesting. Enjoy the tournament.
