Just like last week, everyone got the final clue right on Monday which would seem to indicate that was the easiest clue of the week. However, Friday’s clue was just as easy. In fact, this information has been revisited so often they probably didn’t need to put “20th Century” in the category name. The only reason everyone didn’t get it was because everyone didn’t make it to Final Jeopardy. Wednesday’s clue was voted the hardest over here. There will probably always be people who just don’t think of that place as an island.
Andrew He won the first two games of the week, cementing his spot in the next Tournament of Champions. Amy Schneider defeated him on Wednesday and won every game for the rest of the week. It was an excellent week money-wise With 3 paydays over $30K and one over $40K. Amy’s 3-day total came to $110,200, more than the $107,101 Andrew He made in his first 3 games.
From Jeopardy!’s YouTube channel: Here is the American Music Awards category from Friday’s game. It took about twice as long to get through it due to the video clips, but it didn’t affect either round in terms of clues not being shown. These days, the show is doing a great job of uncovering all the clues in spite of factors such as long categories, lots of triple stumpers, slow picking and reading full category titles.
