We had no triple solves this week and one triple stumper. Like last week, we had one game where only two were left in FJ. We vote for Tuesday’s Founding Fathers clue the week’s easiest. Maybe there should be some kind of criteria for determining the easiest, but we can’t think of one. Let’s just say that we think the cluewriters mainly ask for the most famous signers. With less famous signers, they usually give the name in the clue.

This was a 3x champ week, with Sean Anderson returning on Monday and racking up $70K+ by the end of Tuesday’s match. His good luck charm failed him on Wednesday when Nikki Grillos won. She prevailed again on Thursday but was defeated on Friday by Katie Walker.

Here is the “Costumes at Met” category from Friday’s game with Alex Trebek dressing up as several characters from operas. It was really cute when Nikki told Alex that she laughed because he looked so handsome, she was so overwhelmed. Alex was having such a blast that we’re 100% sure he was kidding when he told Damien on Thursday that he always wanted to be a travel adviser.

Another highlight of the chats was on Wednesday when Chris Lastrapes recounted how his wife walked down the aisle to the theme from “Jurassic Park” when they married.

Alex: Now doesn’t that start with the big pounding of T-Rex walking?
