Celebrity Big Brother Alumni Go to Jail

Not together – but one got in a fight with his son and the other’s son was already in the same jail he was sent to.

Rapper and Celebrity Big Brother star, Coolio was arrested in Las Vegas on Friday and sent to the county jail where his son was already being held on charges of his own. TMZ reported that Coolio’s was checked out in the course of a routine traffic stop, even though he wasn’t driving himself, and when two outstanding bench warrants came up, he was taken to the county detention center. His bail was set at $5,850, which he posted and went off to the Golden Nugget casino.

Not so for Coolio’s 22-year old son, Grtis Ivey, who is being held on a bunch of charge that include robbery with a deadly weapon, first degree kidnapping and grand larceny. Dad (whose real name is Artis Ivey Jr.) may have got out but Grtis is being held without bail.

Meantime, another Celebrity Big Brother alumnus, actor Michael Madsen got into an altercation with one of his sons, reportedly over some marijuana. Madsen found his underage son with the weed and the argument they proceeded to have got out of hand. The police were called and Madsen was arrested for suspicion of cruelty to a child. The “Reservoir Dogs” star was suspected of having a few drinks too many, but his attorney told TMZ that it was “a family matter” and requested privacy on behalf of his client. That’s who we ask for privacy too – not! LOL.
