Julie Gonzalo Keeps Rebecca’s Secrets

Actress Julie Gonzalo always seems like she wants to tell you everything she knows about what’s going to happen to her character, Rebecca Sutton, but the problem is she doesn’t know everything from episode to episode. Julie appeared on TNT’s Dallas Aftershow with Callard Harris, her former partner in crime (what else can we call him now that we know he’s not her brother?). One thing we do know about Rebecca for sure is that she’s a LIAR.

Unlike the episodes of Dallas on TNT, you don’t have to have uVerse or Comcast to watch the aftershow.

Anyhow, Julie said that she was initially skeptical that Callard’s character was her brother but at one point, she almost bought into it.

In “Family Business,” Callard’s character, Tommy, let it be known that the whole plot to steal Christopher’s technology was Rebecca’s idea, not his. He was happy being a petty thief until she dangled her million dollar plan. Well, he’s not happy no more. In fact, we’re betting he’s the one who got shot in the tussle over Rebecca’s gun. He is the one that has to be silenced in order to allow Rebecca to continue on her quest to win back Christopher’s heart.

So Rebecca is quite the little vixen. She gets Tommy in this mess, then she decides “Hey, now I’m married to Christopher and I’m loaded — I don’t need to steal anything,” and cuts Tommy loose after two years of work.

Rebecca being the mastermind raises so many more questions — who really put her on Christopher’s trail? We’ve always suspected she was really the one who sent the Dear Jane email to Elena, but will we ever find that one out?

Maybe not, but we will find out who her mother is next season.
