White Sox’ Geovany Soto Hits Home Run, Breaks Windshield

When going to a baseball game, it’s usually a plus to be able to park near the ballpark, but you don’t want to park too close. A case in point was the Chicago White Sox—Boston Red Sox game at Fenway Park in Boston on July 28th, a 9-4 Chicago victory. White Sox catcher Geovany Soto hit a long home run that completely left the ball park and landed on a car windshield:

So in the future, if you have a chance for a premier parking stall just outside the ballpark but within the range of home run hitters, consider parking a block or two away. You’ll get some good exercise walking to the stadium and your windshield will thank you.
