Tweak a Little, Tweak a Lot

Comedienne Joan Rivers was talking about Heidi Montag on Joy Behar’s talk show recently (Apr 1, 2010), when the discussion naturally turned to plastic surgery. Heidi came up for her record 10 surgeries on one day.

Joan thought it was great. Joy Behar said she would be afraid. The 76 year old Rivers said she began having plastic surgery in her 30s. She paraphrased the “Pick a Little” song from The Music Man when she said, ” … I thought, do a little bit a lot, do a lot, tweak, tweak.” Joy brought up Heidi’s 10 surgeries in one day and Joan said “Oh, I’m so jealous! Only one anesthetic, you understand — only one anesthesiologist bill.”

Joy Behar said “… they sucked, they tucked, they did everything and of course $30,000, according to People Magazine.” Joan said she wanted to know that doctor and Joy asked her if she would have done all that at 23. Her mother wouldn’t permit it, but “I would have done it at 11,” Joan said.

Nobody seems to be telling Joan she is looking a little like catwoman, Jocelyn Wildenstein, especially around the eyes. So, Heidi, if you need future surgeries to maintain your post 10 surgery look, here’s what you’ve got to look forward to in your 50s.
