Supporting Cast of One Night in Yerevan: Ray Donovan

Here are the some of the actors who were in the supporting cast of “One Night in Yerevan”, Ray Donovan, Season 3, Episode 10.

Sarah Shahi played the Armenian pop star Hasmig whose thighs go boom. Hasmig is the Armenian equivalent of Jasmine. Sarah is really an American of Iranian and Spanish descent from Texas. Her given name is Aahoo. Ray Donovan (Liev Schreiber) told Lena (Katherine Moennig) that he knew Hasmig because she had a stalker. Here we thought all Ray had to do to get Mickey (Jon Voight) out of the clutches of the Armenian mob was kill Grandma Minassian (Grace Zabriskie). What a mean old lady. She said she owned Mickey and didn’t care if he had to eat dogsh*t. But all it took (for now) was a visit from Hasmig. Even mean old lady criminals get starstruck.

Marybeth Massett played Dean Bloom. She was going to expel Bridget (Kerris Dorsey) from Rossmore Academy for giving Janet (Alisha Boe) a hairline fracture of the nose. But ultimately only suspended her for one week, but she might as well have kicked her out because we doubt that Bridget will cease and desist from trying to jump her teacher’s bones.

Miguel Izaguirre played the clerk at the storage facility who gave Ed Cochran (Hank Azaria) a key to Avi’s (Steven Bauer) storage unit when Ed came in there with a fake Israeli accent pretending to be Avi. Ed dumped a pile of cash in front of the clerk so he would stop asking for ID and it worked. Miguel recently had a role as one of the drug dealers in “True Detective” and he also played Paco in 4 episodes of Shameless, Season 4.

Greg Collins (the tall one in the image) played Roman, a detective assigned to keep tabs on Mickey. Roman kept following Mickey even after Ray and Lee Drexler (Peter Jacobson) got Mickey off the hook with the police sting. Davros Minassian (Nikola Kent) noticed Roman outside their club after he watched Ray and Mickey drive away. Later, when he was busted on the dock, Davros recognized Roman when he saw him talking to Alan Freedman (Nicholas Massouh). They didn’t throw that in there for nothing. The Armenians will know Mickey was working with the cops.
