Kate Upton Takes Golf Lessons from Arnold Palmer

Model Kate Upton is serious about making her golf game better, so she’s working with a pro.  He’s not some young single player on the PGA tour to fuel tabloid speculation on her love life.  Nope, she’s interested in playing golf better, not getting some tabloid photo ops, which she doesn’t need anyway.  Kate’s working with 83 year old golf legend Arnold Palmer.

She posted a picture of the two on Twitter, tweeting that she “had an amazing golf lesson today”.  Palmer knows Kate’s manager’s father, and earlier this year the supermodel and super golf legend had dinner together at the Arnold Palmer Invitational.  This is one of those win-win situations:  She gets golf lessons from one of the sports all time greats (62 PGA Tour victories, including four Masters) andhe gets to hang out with one of the world’s most popular models.  Well maybe not win-win for the current PGA pros who are greener than a Master’s Tournament winner’s  green jacket with envy.
