Glad to see John win again today. I’m hoping he wins again tomorrow. He certainly appears worthy of becoming an expert.

@VJ, Do you remember in what time span John said he reads 300 pages? I was busy doing something else when he mentioned it.

    • VJ says:

@Jacob, he said he can read 300 pages in an hour and has read thousands of books. Not to be outdone, Susannah said she can read 537 words a minute. LOL!!

      • Jacob ska says:

@VJ, LOL. Well Susannah got her head handed to her on a platter in the Ultimate Trivia Challenge. She was no match for John. I hope JJ gets to see today’s match.

        • VJ says:

Yeah, Susannah fell for the “bib” bait on that saints question. I was pretty happy that I got that one (thanks to my grandmother’s Catholic calendar).

The only one I missed today was the Baffled King when I matched Kevin’s answer on that. I was real surprised at the Hannibal Hamlin and Winged Victory stumpers!

        • Jacob ska says:

I agree about the stumpers. I got Winged Victory correct and Hannibal Hamlin correct. Those two pop up a lot in trivia.

        • VJ says:

I knew you would, Jacob. It’s pretty hard not to notice what’s missing in a picture of Winged Victory. ha ha ha!

On that Mona Lisa clue, my reasoning was the opposite of David’s. I thought if it was in the Pope’s salon, it would be in an Italian museum.

        • JJ says:

I watched all of the shows this AM, and you two were correct… John is a very impressive young man!

        • Jacob ska says:

@JJ, glad you got a chance to watch the shows.
