Golden State Warriors Lose At Home For First Time All Season
The Golden State Warriors lost a home game for the first time all season, and the first time since January 27th, 2015 on April 1st, falling to the Boston Celtics 109-106. The 54 game home unbeaten streak was an NBA record.
The Warriors trailed by three going into the fourth quarter and almost pulled off that 55th win. Stephen Curry hit eight three point baskets, but missed one with 5.3 seconds left. The loss dropped Golden State’s record to 68-8, making it more difficult to break the NBA record for victories in a season. The Warriors will now have to win five of their last six games to break the 72 win record set by the 1995-6 Chicago Bulls.
Boston’s record improved to 44-32. The Celtics are currently second in the Atlantic Division, but are still fighting to clinch a playoff berth. They have a winnable game on the road at the L.A. Lakers, and then have four of five at home, where they are 25-12, to close out the regular season.

I really think Kerr wants them to tie the record.
