Pretty good game, thanks to that daring DD wager. Final had me stumped, so I guessed Cook. Re the first DD, I knew Calhoun was from South, not North, Carolina, but was not sure if they wanted original ACC member U of SC, or maybe Clemson.

    Knew the Owls school.

Juveria rocks. So smart, so poised. I look forward to seeing her again.

  2. Jason says:

Juveria did well for herself. I got FJ easily, because I lived in St Vincent, in the Caribbean, and one of the descendant plants of Capt Bligh’s breadfruit original is in the arboretum there!

I didn’t even notice when Robbi rang in the first time. As for Capt Cook, he was killed in Hawai’i in the 1770s.

  3. David says:

The correct answer to the first daily double is Clemson, not the University of South Carolina. Ken got it right on the show.

  4. Rick says:

I did well in the game, and the FJ was a cinch.

  5. John says:

Problem is with the first daily double is…the University of South Carolina isn’t in the ACC it’s in the SEC.

    • John says:

Well, just looked it up and U of SC used to be in and helped found the ACC.

      • A says:

That’s hugely misleading. I went with Clemson being that they are in Calhoun’s home state and an ACC powerhouse. SC hasn’t been in the ACC in over 50 years. A major faux pas on allowing that question into the game.

  6. Kevin Cheng says:

Juveria becomes the first player after winning Second Chance to advance to the finals since Jilana Cotter did in the Champions Wildcard Seasons 37 and 38.
