That was one terrific battle. Those 3 left me in the dust. I did get FJ in under 10 seconds. The “fruit” part helped lead me to where I needed to go. I remember when they were a new product. I really thought they’d all get it.

I was afraid The Bible Book Saith… for $600 was going to be a trap but John did not fall into the trap.

I thought one of the female contestants might be in the finals game for this week’s march.

It’s hard to believe folks will stock up on this stuff during storms! It’s malbouffe (junk food).

  5. Rick says:

The FJ was a tough one, and I went with Kellogg’s Fruit Loops. In any case, it was another splendid game!

Are you from the future? The episode just ended.

14,200 is the highest score since 2004 after the first round and not end up winning the game. The highest score was 14,400 set by Colin Gleeson on March 17, 2015. This was an exciting game to watch with all three players finishing over 15,000 going into FJ! Looking forward to see what happens in the finals that begins tomorrow.

Well, a double whammy for me today (and a triple, if you count Press Your Luck not recording). Here in Buffalo, there’s something called a “football game” or some such this weekend. So, my regular station moved Wheel and J! to their other station, which is a CW affiliate. Thought I had that licked, but, Booboo!

The box was being hinky this evening, and, in fact, it wouldn’t even reboot – I had to unplug it. Well, the “hinkiness” started at 7pm (normally, the local news program on the alternate channel is an hour). I had put on Wheel to make sure it would record. Appeared well, but, denied!

So, all I get is VJ’s excellent summary. From the clues, I ran “parts of the whole”, and got all the DDs, but missed FJ.

Hopefully, tomorrow is better. So far, so good!
