Brooke Mueller Arrest

People reports that Brooke Mueller, the 34-year-old ex-wife of Charlie Sheen, was arrested Friday evening in Aspen, Colo., for cocaine possession and assault.

A woman apparently dropped a dime on Brooke and when the police responded, she fingered Brooke for assault. When the police found Brooke at midnight, they took her into custody on a charge of assault in the third degree AND possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.

Mueller was allowed to post bond of $11,000 and was released. She will have to appear in District Court on December 19.

Looks like Brooke is headed back to rehab. Earlier this year, Charlie Sheen reportedly joked that he was going to teach his and Brooke’s twins, Max and Bob, the word “rehab” so they will know where their mommy is. Maybe by now he will be saying “there but for the grace of God …”
