Halle Berry lost a bid in court in early November 2012 to move to France with her daughter, Nahla, because the child’s father, Gabriel Aubry, would be deprived of regular visitation. On Thanksgiving Day, Aubry was arrested after allegedly starting a brawl with Berry’s fiancee, Olivier Martinez. A restraining order was issued ordering him to stay 100 feet away from Berry, Martinez and his child.
