I got FJ wrong the first time (said Philly), but couldn’t think of the correct response this time.

Knowing a lot of dentists, Howard, I wouldn’t let her performance on J! be a barometer.

All of the second chance contestants in this game got FJ! wrong in their original games. The 2 ladies prevented superchamps from getting a runaway. The score is now 5 out of 9.

Thanks for the update. Although James was clearly the best player tonight, Pam kept him in range. Renee was hanging in there before that tough DD. I don’t think I’d want Pam as my dentist. Too grim and intense. Maybe she’s more pleasant off-camera.

Good FJ, but passed me by. Philly seemed to obvious so I went for NYC. (Coincidentally, my correct FJ answer on my appearance in 1987 was “What are NYC and Philadelphia?” in response to “2 of the 3 national capitals that also served as state capitals.)

Kleenex-Huggies company was the only stumper I knew for sure.

Howard, would it be okay with you to put in a link to your game on J-Archive?

12-23-87. I lost/misplaced my VHS tape somehow, but a guy who specializes in getting people digital downloads came through for me last December. It was one of the “lost” episodes that someone else uncovered last fall. I posted the link to it on FB for friends who’d never seen it, and emailed it to a few others who don’t do Facebook. I have no qualms about anyone watching or sharing it.
