Scott Riccardi’s Jeopardy Statistics
Scott Riccardi first appeared on the Alex Trebek Stage on Thursday July 3, 2025. Scott was up against 2x champ Jason Singer, who finished in first place with $17,000 before Final Jeopardy! Scott was a mere $400 behind him with $16,600. He won the game when Jason failed to get the final clue right. Scott went on to achieve super champ status, with many runaway games and only 2 games when he wasn’t first before FJ! Let’s take a look at some quick statistics from Scott Riccardi’s 16-game run.
Scott reflects on his 16-game run in a Winners Circle interview with Sarah Whitcomb Foss
Notes: An “R” after the amount shown in the Winnings column signifies a runaway game.
Scott’s first game didn’t really give an indication of what was on the horizon, but his second game did. He had $68,000 at the end of the Independence Day game.

Scott had a couple of $30K+ paydays in his first full week. He only had one runaway and that was on the day he qualified for the Tournament of Champions. The next day was the second game where he didn’t finish in the lead. He only won because he kept the most money in the final round when no one got FJ! By week’s end, Scott added $114,901 to his 2x winnings of $68,000, for a 7-game total of $182,901.

Scott ended the prevous week with 2 runaway games, and he picked up the pace this week. Every game from Monday through Thursday was a runaway. Though he gave it a valiant try, Scott couldn’t make his 17th game a runaway. He really needed it to win because his response to Final Jeopardy! was wrong. Both of his opponents got it right, but Jonathan Hugendubler had the winning score. Scott got the $3,000 consolation prize.
