Same old story; Jamie rings in first on the easier clues, then demolishes them on the tougher ones. Erik did well except for too many wrong answers. I did so-so, getting the first two DDs and the “Bon” stumper. I dumbly said Simon Bolivar but never would have imagined Jamie doing the same.
That “Bon” Voyage category reminded me of a Boardwalk Empire episode called “Bone for Tuna” (buon’ fortuna). The category name was pronounced “bahn” but the ‘bon’ part of every answer was bone, except for the Portuguese capital. 🤣
Jamie tied the record for the most consecutive games with a run category, with nine, jointly held by James Holzhauer and Matt Amodio.
