The Secret Life of … Historical Figures

Here is the promo for a series on historical figures that apparently has been around for a few years, but we just happened to come across on a channel we were heretofore unfamiliar with: AWE (A Wealth of Entertainment).

Their episode guide shows 14 separate episodes ranging from the likes of Henry XIII and Casanova to Mata Hari. Based upon the ones we’ve seen so far (Lord Byron, Queen Victoria and Marie Antoinette), we’re sure they are all highly entertaining.
