Sherilyn Fenn made her first appearance as Queenie, Chuckie’s grandmother in “NSFW,” the 6th episode of Shameless in Season 6 (2/14/2016). Back in the 6th episode of Season 4, Iron City, when Frank was trying to figure out exactly who Sammi’s mother was, Sammi described her as a small-chested woman. Guess they forgot about that during casting. Sherilyn’s last recurring role in a Showtime series was as Donna Cochran in Season 2 of “Ray Donovan.”

The College Board questioned Lip and Helene about their affair

George Wyner played the main guy on the college board. He was doing the questioning. Professor Youens (Alan Rosenberg) was there to lend Lip some moral support. The expression on his face was just priceless when Lip (Jeremy Allen White) revealed that he had only known Helene Runyon (Sasha Alexander) for about an hour when they first went at it in her office.

I’ll hook you up with some stale cupcakes

Jaquita Ta’le played the bakery worker who explained how you re-cream a cupcake to Debbie: “Poke a hole in the bottom, scoop out the filling with a tiny spoon, pack a syringe with fresh cream, stick it in the hole, squeeze.” Only Frank and the Wexler kids ended up staying for Debbie’s gender reveal party and the baby’s gender was already revealed to the viewer by Frank.

Nick (in the black car with Carl and Debbie) spots a boy riding his bike

Look at the little boy that Nick (Victor I. Onuigbo) saw riding his bike when he was driving Debbie to the Wexlers. Getting a car didn’t do anything to make Nick forget about the disrespect he felt over the theft of his bike. But that little boy was probably not even the one who broke Nick’s Kryptonite Kryptolok. His mother probably bought it off the one who did. Now the little boy is dead and Nick is going to jail for life.
