On Sean Penn Whupping Paparazzi A$$

Actor Sean Penn went off the rails and tried to kick some photographer’s butt. Apparently,though, this incident is really old news, and happened in October 2009. For some reason the long arm of the law took a long time to decide to charge Sean, but they finally did on February 19, 2010 – with criminal battery and vandalism.

TMZ broadcast the video showing Penn video attacking the guy, who was following him in Brentwood, California, October 2009. They’ve got it back up marked “Exhibit A.”

Penn could go to the pen for 18 months if convicted. His arraignment is scheduled for March 22 in Los Angeles County Superior Court.
