Nadya Suleman, a.k.a. Octomom is back in the foreclosure news again. She’s only had this house for going on a year, right? — because TMZ had this story last March when she got the La Habra 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. But Amer Haddadin, the seller and mortgage holder thinks Suleman and her attorney, Jeff Czech, are playing games with him.
“I think they have money, but they are hiding the money,” Haddadin said after they missed a balloon payment in October. So he got Suleman and Czech served on Dec. 2 by mail and by hand, and plans to put an end to this nonsense with a speedy eviction.
Suleman and her 14 children were evicted from the home she shared with her mother in Whittier before Haddadin came to their rescue and arranged to take on he financing of this home with Suleman’s father, Ed Doud. But evidently, Octomom is not as diligent about making mortgage payments as she is about populating the world.
Last April, Haddadin allowed a 6-month extension on the remaining balance that was due, trying to do them all a favor. Suleman’s father transferred his interest in the home to Suleman’s attorney Jeff Czech, who claims the $4,000 monthly payments are being met but had no other comment.
We thought someone who was really wealthy would just pay for Octomom’s home outright just so her kids could have a roof over their head and also so we wouldn’t have to hear about her housing problems anymore. But, if Octomom is going to be this irresponsible about her obligations, even if they did, she probably wouldn’t pay the taxes then and just be right back in the foreclosure news again!
