Lindsay’s Chances on Appeal

Reports that Lindsay Lohan will appeal her 90 day sentence are running wild online. Her mom, Dina, confirmed to ET Online that Lindsay will fight her sentence. Dina feels Lindsay’s now former attorney should have been more on the ball, and she also had some criticism for Judge Revel. We did try to watch the video interview, but a message popped up saying the shockwave plugin had crashed!

Well, no matter, we figure Dina probably has as much understanding and respect for the legal system as she does for courtesy Carvel ice cream cards that don’t even rightfully belong to her.

We asked an attorney what Lindsay’s chances were and he not only said they were nil, he said no one was going to want to take that on because they’d have to prove the judge abused her discretion.

That’s probably why Lindsay’s got herself a new attorney without much experience, because an experienced attorney wouldn’t want to be the dummy that files the appeal.
