Lindsay Loses Lawsuit Against Pitbull et al

Remember when Lindsay Lohan sued Pitbull, Ne-Yo and Afrojack a couple of years ago? Probably not. We forgot about it, too, and we also forgot that we predicted Miss Thing would win. Well, she didn’t. A federal judge dismissed her complaint that the use of her full name in their song “Give Me Everything” would cause her “irreparable harm.”

The judge ruled that the song’s lyrics were protected by the First Amendment, which included freedom of speech and creative expression.

Marcos Jimenez, Pitbull’s attorney told E! News, “This will further solidify the rights of artists to express themselves in song.” He added that the Cuban-American rapper “wasn’t shocked” when LiLo decided to sue him, he was more like “disappointed.”

Looks like LiLo is the disappointed one now.
