Lauren Didn’t ‘Sleep Tight’ in Bedbug Infested NYC Luxury Suite

You’ve heard of the bed bug infestation in NYC by now, right? Well, it seems that luxury hotels aren’t exempt from infestation.

“Boy Shorts” singer, Lauren Hildebrandt, says she had a terrible time trying to get a good night’s sleep in a luxury hotel in New York City.

Lauren wanted to warn everyone that bed bugs like high-priced hoity toity accommodations just as much as ghetto cribs. The singer claims she was bitten on her back and shoulders and says in a press release: “People should be aware of the danger in NYC hotels right now.”

That old goodnight saying “Goodnight, sleep tight, don’t let the bedbugs bites” isn’t a joke in NYC these days. What’s worse, we hear some people are claiming to be able to get rid of them when they really don’t know how, and are charging people for useless services. So if you’re singing the “Mean Old Bedbug Blues,” too, check out any offers to get rid of the infestation very carefully.
